The Crystal Palace - London Region - TV Transmitter that serves London & most of Essex completed the Digital Switch Over on 18th April 2012 and has now shut down all analogue channels permanently. Your Digital TV equipment may need to be re-tuned (or re-scanned) "manually" to reload all Digital TV Services if you are missing channels or still experiencing "break up" following the Switch to Digital only TV. (Please see our "Reception Problems" page for more help with re-tuning if you are having problems re-tuning your equipment). The Meridian Transmitter Group will switch over on 13th & 27th June 2012. If you receive your signal from Meridian you will need to retune your equipment on both dates in June.

CAI TRADEMASTER 2011: Always keen to keep ASTEC in the forefront of the TV systems installation industry, MD Steve Staples entered and won the CAI TradeMaster 2011 title for the South East Region of England. The competition was held at the CAI Epsom Downs Trade Fair and was based on BBC TV's "Mastermind". Horizon Global Electronics Ltd. kindly donated the prize of a Satellite Meter.
