ASTEC have qualified through a stringent audit process as a member of the
Essex Trading Standards "Buy With Confidence" Scheme and are the
100th Scheme Member since its inception in 2009.
The
"Buy With Confidence" Scheme originated in Hampshire and is currently rolling out across the UK. Under this scheme, members who gain approval have been shown to have been audited by their local
Trading Standards as complying with all the necessary and applicable legislation in the operation of the business as well as the all important level of Customer Service & Care the company provides.
At
ASTEC we only use the highest quality materials and our engineers take great pride in the quality of their workmanship.
They have gained an excellent reputation with the public at large and the aerial trade alike. This goodwill has manifested itself by
ASTEC becoming a member of the
CAI, the governing body of the
aerial industry.
CAI (Confederation of Aerial Industries)
To become a member of the CAI, a company must undergo a rigorous inspection and be subject to continuous assessment. This is the customer's guarantee of service, as they can call upon the CAI in matters of dispute or complaint.
Most importantly the CAI are regularly in touch with the relevant government departments and broadcasters and so have their finger on the pulse of the latest developments. This is why it is always recommended that customers use a CAI member to perform any aerial or satellite work.
CAI PLUS
This means to Our Customers that our Engineers have passed a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check and have also passed a working safely at heights course.
RDI (Registered Digital Installers)
Not only are we CAI PLUS members but we are now an
RDI company
(Registered Digital Installer Company)...
In fact we were the first RDI company
in the Country...
